Nach Ihrer Meldung hat Ihnen der Händler am 3. Juli gut geantwortet und Ihnen mitgeteilt, wie Sie vorgehen sollten: einen Antrag auf Rückgabe über die Website stellen. Nachdem das beschädigte Teil eingegangen war, hätte Ihnen ein neues zugesandt werden können.
Falls dies noch nicht geschehen ist, zögern Sie nicht, den Antrag direkt über Ihren Kundenbereich zu stellen. Wir stehen Ihnen auch weiterhin zur Verfügung.
